This was my first time visiting and using this store. I went in to buy an arrangement and a few gifts for a friend and her kids who were having a really hard week. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted and helped out by the kindest employee. She guided me to exactly what I was looking for and gave me excellent ideas. She told me they would deliver it the next day, but if they had a chance to deliver same day, they would. Later in the day I received a message saying the gifts were delivered. I was shocked. Thank you so much for exceptional service today!!!

We have used Heaven Scent exclusively for over 20 years. Their arrangements are beautiful and fresh. My husband sent me a lovely bouquet for my birthday with a note that I would receive a bouquet a month for the next year. What a birthday gift!!

Fabulous designs, service, and quality. We have family all over the country and I have asked them to only use Heaven Scent when sending us flowers here in Bonita. They always delight!

We love receiving flowers from you, because they’re always fresh and beautifully arranged. The arrangements last well over a week & some of the flowers, from past arrangements, we still have because they dried so beautifully. You’re yet another treasure that Bonita Springs has to offer! Susie did an amazing job on the flowers for our daughter's wedding. After a couple of meetings and inspo pictures she created the perfect flower bouquets and arrangements. She is very mindful of your budget and we appreciated that very much. We highly recommend using Heaven Scent Flowers for your special event.

Every year my daughter gets flowers from Heaven Scent delivered for my birthday. The arrangements are always amazing. The flowers are so fresh and last for about 2 weeks. They do a wonderful job.

Heaven Scent Flowers is a special place. I called late on a Friday with an order I hoped could be delivered to my wife for something she did to support me that was out of this world! Within 1 hour Heaven Scent delivered this beautiful bouquet to thank her. Once again, I am so thankful for the service I always get from Heaven Scent Flowers and their awesome delivery man Richard!!
